In October, with the days shortening and the cold finally making an appearance in our lives, they want to give the house a more autumnal touch. Small details in the same ocher and yellow colors that we see in the streets that remind us of the season we are in.
Pineapples and leaves are the main elements of these four decorative ideas that we have found in various blogs and that will help us to welcome autumn.
The first DIY can be done with fake leaves, bought at any store, or with natural leaves that our children have been able to pick up in the park. Just have to put some glue on them and sprinkle glitter in golden, copper and brown tones. Then, we just have to add some ropes and hang them around the house.
There is not Nothing that screams more fall (or even Christmas) than pineapples. They are a classic in home decoration in the cold months and could not help being in this post. The two options I teach depend on the size of the pineapples. You can use small ones as centerpieces or to decorate a corner, and large ones, for example, for fireplaces or more spacious places.
You can use them natural or add a touch of gold with a spray.
If going out to the park or the field to look for pineapples is not your thing, another option is make sheets with paper. We take folios of various colors and give them different types of leaves (you can use a template to do so). Then you just have to gather all the leaves with a thread to make the garland et voilà.
