Located in the heart of the capital, in the old Palace of the Marquises of Casa Riera born Sturios. A restaurant with a concept inspired by the Belle Époque that is committed to democratizing luxury by bringing caviar and champagne to the diner and recovering classic dishes from our gastronomy.
Its decoration invariably leads us to think about the Great gatsby and a universe of pleasure and glamor Do we go to see it?
Distributed in two floors and three different spaces and connected to each other. The bar called Cooper, the main dining room known as the Sturios room and the garden terrace. Its decoration in neutral and metallic tones, evokes champagne and caviar at all times.
Details of plaster on the walls, spherical blown glass lamps that emulate the bubbles of champagne and color on the floor, walls and ceiling that refer to the bottles of the different types of champagne.
A must visit your heated terrace located in an elegant and careful french garden where it should be mandatory to dress elegantly to blend in the sophisticated environment.
Although it is not our subject, I would like to tell you a little bit that the architect of Sturios gastronomy is the young man from Madrid Diego Benitez, one of the students of the first graduate promotion in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts of the BasqueCulinary Center. It has a young team -media of 26 years- and a letter that bets on iconic dishes of gastronomy. Menu that coexists with a tasting menu without caviar (€ 55), with Riofrío caviar (€ 99) or with Iranian caviar (€ 145).
Perfect for a special celebration, Sturios will definitely speak.
