How to optimize the use of space in a connected kitchen

Today we have in Decoesfera a new example of a kitchen traditional transformed to become a stay optimized, open and communicated with the rest of the house. Among the most interesting details of the project, is the access that is resolved through a large sliding door with glazed panels that, in addition to communicating the kitchen with the dining room allows to gain useful space and luminosity.

For the furniture you choose the simplicity and purity of lines of MINOS design by Santos, combining two matt silk finishes for different areas of the kitchen in neutral colors coordinated throughout the stay. The result is warm and natural, a cozy atmosphere and with a strong style.

Clysa, the company in charge of the project, made a reorganization of the space oriented to extract the maximum match at 14 square meters of the plant, achieving a kitchen with great capacity and very functional, in which it is very comfortable to work or enjoy in company.

The cooking area is located in the central part of the room, located in a peninsula with prolonged countertop which, complemented with stools on its lateral and external faces, can function as a preparation area or as a bar for breakfast and fast food.

Another detail that I liked the most is the recessed ceiling hood that avoids visual obstacles, contributing to generate a lighter, diaphanous and pleasant environment.

Also, to get one spot lighting according to the wishes of the owners, solutions such as lamps installed on the peninsula, a design Pleat Box 24 by Marset that harmonizes with the color palette of the kitchen.

Definitely, The peninsula is the core of this kitchen, a fantastic solution for kitchens that are not too big. At the end of the day it does the same function as the island and aesthetically it is equally beautiful, but it needs much less surface space.

In case you are curious I tell you that Santos's kitchen has a Frecan tap, Miele plate, in addition to other appliances of the same firm, Pando bell, Colorker ceramics, LED recessed beacon and Mundolighting wall luminaire in addition to the Marset lamp we have talked about before.

Enveloppe Sofa, an enveloping sofa

The other day, in an Ikea event that we will talk about very soon, they told us that one of the things we like to do to the Spaniards on the sofa is to take a nap. We are looking for soft sofas to relax and forget about the working day (or student, there is everything), so this sofa that I bring today will be your favorite: it's called Enveloppe Sofa and I'm sure it will be so comfortable As it appears in the photo.

Acrila's smiling furniture

You will like them more or less, you could find them a place in your house or not, but it is impossible that these furniture with Acrila smileys, do not start a smile. I do not know exactly when the smileys or emoticons entered our lives, I remember the first I think in the late eighties in some sheets that we used as ornaments in our clothes, but something I do know and they have arrived to stay.
